Finds Monetization Program Terms
Last updated: July 11, 2026
These Finds Monetization Program Terms govern enrollment in Sayspoke’s Finds Monetization Program.
They supplement the Sayspoke Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy. If these Program Terms conflict with the Terms of Service concerning the Finds Monetization Program, these Program Terms control for the program only.
The Finds Monetization Program is how eligible Finds creators may establish founding enrollment in Sayspoke’s creator-revenue features as those features are developed.
Sayspoke is in open beta. No creator payments, advertising-revenue share, fan funding, or payout system are currently active.
1. The founding phase
Enrollment during the founding phase records your Finds Studio as a founding enrolled creator.
Founding enrollment may:
- Record that your Finds Studio met the program’s enrollment requirements when approved
- Preserve your founding-enrollment status while your account remains eligible and in good standing
- Allow Sayspoke to notify you about future creator-revenue features
- Allow you to transition into future monetization features without submitting the same initial application again, subject to updated eligibility, verification, and acceptance requirements
Founding enrollment does not:
- Generate earnings or payments
- Guarantee that advertisements will appear with your Finds
- Guarantee eligibility for every future monetization feature
- Guarantee a particular revenue share, payment rate, launch date, or payout amount
- Create ownership in Sayspoke
- Create a transferable place, property right, security, or financial asset
- Prevent Sayspoke from modifying, delaying, pausing, or discontinuing the program
- Create an employment, agency, partnership, joint-venture, fiduciary, or franchise relationship
Before any payment feature becomes active, Sayspoke will publish additional or updated terms covering matters such as payment rates, calculations, payout schedules, identity verification, tax information, payment processing, geographic availability, and invalid activity.
You must accept the applicable updated terms and complete any required verification before becoming eligible to receive payments.
2. Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to apply for, enroll in, or participate in the Finds Monetization Program.
Sayspoke’s general account eligibility remains separate. An eligible user under 18 may still:
- Maintain a normal Sayspoke account
- Create or manage a Finds Studio
- Publish public Finds
- Build a creator following
- Use other Sayspoke features available to their account
However, a user under 18 may not:
- Submit a monetization application
- Become enrolled in the Finds Monetization Program
- Receive founding-enrollment status
- Participate in future creator-payment features unless they later satisfy all applicable eligibility requirements
A user who is not yet 18 may apply after reaching their eighteenth birthday, provided the program remains available and all other requirements are met.
No parent, legal guardian, business representative, or other person may accept these Program Terms on behalf of a creator who is under 18.
3. Age confirmation and retained information
Sayspoke may require you to enter your date of birth to confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
The date of birth entered for this eligibility check is used only to determine whether you meet the program’s minimum-age requirement. Sayspoke does not retain the full date of birth after completing this check.
Sayspoke may retain limited verification records, such as:
- The date and time the age check was completed
- Confirmation that the minimum age of 18 was met
- The method used to perform the check
- The version of these Program Terms accepted
- The date and time the Program Terms were accepted
- The account and Finds Studio connected to the verification
Sayspoke does not treat this self-attested age check as government-issued identity verification or payment-provider verification.
You agree to provide accurate age information. Providing a false date of birth or attempting to evade the age requirement may result in:
- Application denial
- Removal from the program
- Restriction of monetization features
- Account enforcement under the Sayspoke Terms of Service
If an enrolled creator does not have a valid recorded 18+ confirmation, Sayspoke may require the creator to complete the age check before enrollment continues or before future revenue features become available.
Requiring age confirmation is not, by itself, a suspension or accusation of misconduct.
4. Other eligibility requirements
In addition to being at least 18 years old, your Finds Studio must meet the current program thresholds displayed in Finds Manager.
Current requirements may include minimum standards for:
- Finds creator followers
- Active global public Finds
- Account or Finds Studio age
- Account standing
- Content and Community-policy compliance
- Recent upheld content removals or safety violations
- Authentic engagement
- Eligibility to enter into these Program Terms
Community-only Finds do not necessarily count as active global public Finds.
Personal Moments do not count toward Finds Monetization Program eligibility, creator performance, advertising inventory, or monetized Find impressions.
Sayspoke may require additional identity, residency, tax, payment-provider, geographic, or legal eligibility before enabling future payments.
Meeting the initial application thresholds does not guarantee approval or future payout eligibility.
5. Changes to entrance thresholds
Sayspoke may change application thresholds as the platform and program develop.
An increase in entrance thresholds will not, by itself, remove the founding-enrollment status of a creator who was already approved.
However, every enrolled creator must continue to:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Comply with the Sayspoke Terms of Service
- Comply with these Program Terms
- Follow applicable content, advertising, disclosure, and Community rules
- Meet safety and account-standing requirements
- Follow fraud and authentic-engagement requirements
- Complete legally or operationally necessary verification
- Accept required future program terms
Founding enrollment does not prevent suspension or removal for misconduct, ineligibility, legal restrictions, fraud, safety concerns, account closure, inaccurate age information, failure to complete verification, or failure to accept required future terms.
6. Applying and review
Applications are reviewed by a person rather than approved solely through an automated eligibility score.
Before an application can be submitted, the creator must:
- Confirm that they are at least 18 years old
- Complete any required age-eligibility check
- Accept the current version of these Program Terms
- Meet the current application thresholds
As part of the review, Sayspoke may consider:
- Your public global Finds
- Your Finds Studio information
- Your creator-follower history
- Public Backing and engagement history
- Content removals and moderation history
- Account standing
- Community activity relevant to safety or policy compliance
- Signs of deceptive, purchased, coordinated, or automated engagement
- Compliance with the Sayspoke Terms of Service
- Whether required eligibility records are complete
Sayspoke may:
- Approve an application
- Deny an application and provide a general reason
- Request additional information
- Require changes before approval
- Require age or identity reconfirmation
- Apply a waiting period before reapplication
A denial does not create a right to approval later.
If an application is denied, you may reapply after any cooldown shown in Finds Manager, provided the program remains open to applications and you meet the eligibility requirements at that time.
An under-18 eligibility result is not treated as misconduct or a safety violation. The user may continue publishing Finds and may apply after becoming eligible.
7. Staying enrolled
Enrollment continues while your account and Finds Studio remain active, eligible, verified where required, and in good standing.
Sayspoke may suspend, restrict, or remove enrollment for reasons including:
- Violations of the Sayspoke Terms of Service
- Violations of these Program Terms
- Being under 18
- Providing false or misleading age or eligibility information
- Deceptive, purchased, coordinated, or automated engagement
- Manipulated views, watch time, followers, Backings, saves, advertising activity, or other metrics
- Undisclosed paid promotion or other required disclosures
- Fraud, impersonation, or misleading creator information
- Content that creates substantial advertiser, user-safety, legal, or platform-integrity risk
- Attempts to evade a prior suspension or removal
- Closure, deletion, suspension, or prolonged unavailability of the associated account or Finds Studio
- Legal, tax, payment-provider, or geographic restrictions
- Failure to provide required verification information
- Failure to accept required future program terms
Where available, a suspension or removal may be appealed through Support.
Submitting an appeal does not automatically restore enrollment while the appeal is reviewed.
8. Sponsorships, endorsements, and disclosures
Creators are responsible for clearly disclosing material connections connected to their Finds.
A material connection may include:
- Payment
- Free or discounted products or services
- Affiliate commissions
- Gifts or perks
- Employment or business relationships
- Ownership or investment interests
- Personal or family relationships that could affect how viewers understand a recommendation
Required disclosures must be clear, prominent, understandable, and placed with the relevant Find or endorsement.
Creators may not rely solely on a Finds Monetization Program badge, Finds Studio profile, general bio disclosure, or platform-provided tool when an additional disclosure is required by law.
Creators must not:
- Make false or misleading claims
- Claim personal experience they did not have
- Conceal sponsorships or compensation
- Manipulate engagement to increase perceived popularity or monetization eligibility
- Publish endorsements that violate applicable advertising, consumer-protection, or disclosure laws
Sayspoke may label content, request a disclosure, restrict distribution, remove a Find, or take other enforcement action when a disclosure is missing or inadequate.
9. Future advertising and revenue features
If Sayspoke activates advertising or other creator-revenue features, eligibility may depend on factors including:
- Whether the creator remains at least 18 years old
- Whether a Find is a global public Find
- Content and advertiser-safety requirements
- Valid views and watch activity
- Viewer location
- Advertisement availability
- Creator and account standing
- Payment-provider availability
- Tax, age, and identity verification
- Compliance with future program terms
Personal Moments never display advertising and are not part of the Finds Monetization Program.
Community Moments are not advertising inventory.
Community Finds may be excluded from global advertising or monetization unless Sayspoke expressly makes a Community Find eligible under future program rules.
Sayspoke does not guarantee that:
- A creator will receive advertisements
- Every eligible Find will be monetized
- Monetization will be available in every location
- Revenue will be consistent
- Estimated revenue will equal final revenue
- A creator will receive any minimum amount
10. Invalid activity and enforcement
Sayspoke may disregard, remove, reverse, or exclude activity associated with:
- Bots or automation
- Purchased or exchanged engagement
- Coordinated artificial viewing
- Repeated self-generated impressions intended to create revenue
- Misleading traffic sources
- Incentivized activity not approved by Sayspoke
- Fraudulent accounts
- Technical errors
- Advertising-policy violations
- Other activity Sayspoke reasonably determines is invalid or manipulative
When payment features become active, Sayspoke may withhold, adjust, reverse, or decline amounts connected to invalid activity, fraud, chargebacks, measurement errors, policy violations, or legal requirements.
Sayspoke may use automated systems and human review to identify invalid activity.
11. Future identity, payment, and age verification
The initial 18+ age confirmation used for founding enrollment is based on information provided by the creator. It is not a substitute for any stronger verification required before payment.
Before enabling payments, Sayspoke or its payment providers may require creators to provide:
- Legal name
- Date or confirmation of birth
- Address
- Government-issued identification
- Tax information
- Payment-account information
- Business information
- Residency or geographic information
- Other information required by Sayspoke, law, or a payment provider
Future verification may independently confirm that the creator is at least 18 years old.
A creator who completed the initial Sayspoke age check may still be required to complete separate:
- Identity verification
- Age verification
- Tax verification
- Payment-provider onboarding
- Payout eligibility review
Failure to complete future verification may prevent payments even if founding enrollment remains recorded.
12. Future payments and taxes
No payment obligation exists under the current founding phase.
Creators will be responsible for taxes, reporting, registrations, licenses, and other obligations connected to money or benefits they receive through Sayspoke.
Sayspoke or its payment providers may:
- Withhold taxes
- Issue tax forms
- Delay payments
- Require additional documentation
- Reject unsupported payment destinations
- Restrict payouts in certain jurisdictions
Future payment terms may include:
- Minimum payout thresholds
- Processing fees
- Payment schedules
- Currency conversion
- Account reserves
- Withholding
- Payment expiration
- Treatment of closed or suspended accounts
No creator becomes entitled to payment until the applicable payment feature is active, all eligibility requirements are met, required terms are accepted, and required verification is completed.
13. No transfer or sale of enrollment
Program enrollment belongs to the approved account and Finds Studio.
You may not:
- Sell or transfer enrollment
- Lease or lend an enrolled Finds Studio
- Transfer founding status to another account
- Sell an account based on its program status
- Use another person’s age, identity, or tax information
- Have an adult enroll on behalf of a creator who is under 18
- Use enrollment to evade a suspension or application denial
A permitted business ownership change may require renewed age, identity, ownership, and eligibility verification and Sayspoke’s approval.
14. Program availability
Sayspoke may modify, pause, limit, or discontinue the Finds Monetization Program, application process, or future revenue features.
Reasons may include:
- Product changes
- Financial viability
- Legal or regulatory requirements
- Payment-provider availability
- Advertising demand
- Fraud or abuse
- Safety concerns
- Technical limitations
- Business closure or restructuring
Sayspoke will provide reasonable notice of material changes where practical and legally required.
Discontinuing or changing the program does not create a payment obligation for periods during which no payment feature was active.
15. Changes to these Program Terms
Sayspoke may update these Program Terms as the program develops.
Material changes will be announced through Finds Manager, another in-app notice, email, or a similar reasonable method.
Where affirmative acceptance is required, you must accept the updated Program Terms to remain enrolled or participate in newly launched revenue features.
Where permitted by law, continued enrollment after updated terms take effect may constitute acceptance.
If you do not agree to an update, you may withdraw from the program.
16. Withdrawal
You may withdraw from the Finds Monetization Program through available creator tools or by contacting Support.
Withdrawal ends your enrolled status but does not delete:
- Your Sayspoke account
- Your normal profile
- Your Finds Studio
- Your public Finds
- Records Sayspoke must retain for legal, security, eligibility, fraud-prevention, moderation, or future financial-reporting purposes
Rejoining after withdrawal may require:
- A new application
- A new 18+ age confirmation
- Acceptance of the current Program Terms
- Additional identity or eligibility verification
