Backing Tags are how Sayspoke learns what people value. A like says you reacted. A Backing Tag says why: useful, funny, worth saving, worth the drive, beautifully made, trustworthy, and more. Over time, those choices help Sayspoke organize discovery around meaning instead of noise.
They are not hashtags. Posters do not stuff tags onto their own work for reach.
A tag is a structured choice someone picks to say why something mattered to them.
When people keep backing similar content in similar ways, Sayspoke learns which kinds of content, creators, places, and recommendations a community actually values.
That helps communities form around meaning, not just follower counts or raw likes. Tags may change over time as we see what people really use.
